How do reed diffusers work?

Reed diffusers use absorbent reeds to draw fragrance from the bottle and release it gradually into the surrounding area. For a stronger scent, use more reeds or carefully flip the reeds periodically. For a lighter scent, use fewer reeds.

How long does a reed diffuser last?

Diffuser life varies with room temperature, airflow, the number of reeds used and how often the reeds are flipped. Replace or refill the diffuser when the fragrance level is depleted or the scent becomes too faint for your preference.

How do I use a crystal diffuser?

Place the crystal stones in the included vessel and apply 1–2 drops of fragrance oil directly to the stones. Reapply as needed based on your preferred scent level. Crystal diffusers are intended for subtle, close-range fragrance rather than whole-room scenting.

Can I refill my diffuser?

Elle Cadeaux offers fragrance oil refills for compatible crystal diffuser sets. Follow the instructions for your specific diffuser and apply only the amount recommended for that format.

What size are the reed diffusers?

Our standard reed diffusers are 6 oz (180 ml). Selected fragrance oil refills are available in 1 oz (30 ml) sizes.
