• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned items in acceptable condition.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
